Kokedama (Koke-musgo/dama-bola)
La técnica de japonesa del kokedama, viene del bonsái. Los maestros recolectaban material para bonsái en una época del año y algunas veces no tenían tiempo para plantarlos. Los dejaban envueltos con algo de sustrato y musgo y se dieron cuenta de que podían vivir así mucho tiempo, de ahi surge esta técnica que sustituye la maceta por un sustrato cubierto de musgo.
Las posibilidades del kokedama son muchas, el tipo de plantas, la manera de presentarlos, las instalaciones con kokedamas…

En el taller se aprende la técnica y se lleva a la práctica. Cada participante se lleva su kokedama a casa. Todo el material está incluido.
No hacen falta conocimientos previos.

Los talleres se imparten en el Jardín Bonsái Luis Vallejo, los sábados de 10.30 a 12.30.

Kokedama (Koke = moss / dama = ball)
The Japanese technique of kokedama originates from bonsai. Bonsai masters used to gather material at certain times of the year and sometimes did not have time to plant them. They would leave them wrapped in a bit of substrate and moss, and realized they could live like that for a long time. This is how the technique emerged, replacing the pot with a moss-covered substrate.

The possibilities of the kokedama are vast: the types of plants, the way they are displayed, installations featuring kokedamas…
In the workshop, you will learn the technique and put it into practice. Each participant takes their kokedama home. All materials are included.
No prior experience is required.
Workshops are held at the Luis Vallejo Bonsai Garden, on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
