The Dual Year is a joint Hispanic-Japanese initiative aimed at intensifying and opening new horizons for centuries-old bilateral relations. Inaugurated in Madrid on June 11 by S.A.R. the Prince of Asturias and S.A.I. the Crown Prince of Japan.
