A garden that is the expression of a singular understanding of the natural world and, more specifically, a personal understanding of the art of the bonsai, which involves the location each tree inhabits, its layout within the space, and the dialogue between the setting that serves as its backdrop and any coexisting elements, whether these be pots, stones, or sculptures.
