1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Conditions expressly govern the relations between ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. (Tax ID / C.I.F.: B81051856, contact email: bonsai@luisvallejo.com) and third parties (hereinafter, “Users”) who register as users and/or purchase products through the official online store of ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. ([https://www.luisvallejoestudiobonsai.com/tienda/](https://www.luisvallejoestudiobonsai.com/tienda/), hereinafter the “Store”).
2. USER OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The User generally agrees to use the Store, purchase Products, and use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions. The User must refrain from using them in any way that could impede, damage, or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by other Users, or that could injure or cause damage to the property and rights of ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L., its suppliers, Users, or any third party.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1 ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products offered to Users through the Store. Specifically, ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. may add new Products to those offered in the Store at any time. Unless otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by these General Conditions. Furthermore, ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access to and use of any Product category in the Store at any time without prior notice.
3.2 The Products included in the Store shall correspond as accurately as web display technology allows to the Products actually offered. Product characteristics and prices are displayed in the Store. All prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the Product characteristics, price, shipping costs, and payment instructions.
4.2 The User purchasing a product through the Store must pay using the payment methods specified in the Store.
4.3 ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. will store the electronic documents formalizing the contract and send a copy to the User upon completion of the purchase.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the User must contact ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. via email at bonsai@luisvallejo.com.
5.2 The User shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product, unless the return is due to an error by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. or a defective product. The Product must be returned following the instructions provided by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after notifying the decision.
5.3 The withdrawal entails the refund of all payments received from the User, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered). The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The Product must be returned in good condition; the User will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

7. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
7.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is strictly limited to Mainland Spain. Delivery services are provided exclusively within this territory. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address provided by the User once payment is verified, with a maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days as established by law.
7.2 Delivery is carried out by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L.’s own distribution service. Deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes.
7.3 Shipping costs are not included in the Product price. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed to the User prior to finalizing the purchase.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
8.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and its Products, including information, materials, trademarks, structure, selection, arrangement, content presentation, and software used in connection therewith, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. or third parties. These General Conditions grant no rights over such property other than those specifically contemplated herein.
8.2 Unless authorized by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. or third-party rights holders, or as legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, loan, or make available to the public any of the aforementioned elements. The User must use materials and content accessed through the Store solely for personal needs, agreeing not to carry out commercial exploitation, directly or indirectly.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Personal data provided through registration and transaction forms will be processed by ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. in accordance with current European data protection regulations (GDPR). Data processing is based on contract performance and user consent to send commercial communications.
9.2 The User may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection at any time by emailing bonsai@luisvallejo.com. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. PASSWORDS
10.1 Registered users will be provided with personal passwords to access Store services. Users are solely responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of their passwords and assume full liability for any damages or consequences arising from breaches of security. Passwords may be modified by the user at any time. The User agrees to notify ARCEVAL JARDINERÍA S.L. immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or third-party access.
